Our Journey
R Mo Business Solutions was founded in 2011 by Ranjani Mohana with a simple yet powerful mission: to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate the complex world of government and supplier diversity certifications.
Drawing on more than 20 years of professional experience across multiple industries and supported by several postgraduate qualifications, Ranjani identified a significant gap in the marketplace. Many qualified businesses were missing valuable opportunities simply because they did not understand the certification process or how to leverage those certifications for growth.
What began as a specialized certification consulting firm quickly earned a reputation for expertise, integrity, and personalized service.
