This Privacy Policy explains how R Mo Global Diversity Solutions (“R Mo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rmollc.com or contact us through it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use one of our contact forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company name (optional), and your message. To block spam, the contact form on our Contact page asks a simple math question, and the form on our home page uses Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as your IP address and browser details, and sends it to Google. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
- Cookie consent record. When you accept, deny, or customize cookies, we store your choice in a cookie on your device so we can respect it on later visits.
- Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. If you deny analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not set cookies on your device. Before you make a choice, or if you deny analytics cookies, Google Analytics may send Google limited information without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, which cannot be used to identify you on later visits.
- Advertising (only with your consent). If you accept advertising cookies, we and Google may use cookies and similar technologies to measure the results of our online advertising, to understand visitor demographics and interests, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. We do not sell your personal information. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon, and you can manage how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Accessibility tools. Our accessibility menu is provided by Elementor and loads from Elementor’s servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads. If you change accessibility settings, your choices are saved only in your browser so they stay in place as you browse. We have turned off the tool’s usage statistics.
- Security and performance. Our website host and security tools may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To send you occasional emails about our events, seminars, and programs (see “Our email list” below).
- To provide our services and follow up on conversations you started with us.
- To understand and improve how our website works (analytics; analytics cookies are used only with your consent).
- To protect our website against spam, fraud, and security threats.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our email list
When you contact us through one of our website forms, we may add you to our email list to send occasional news about our events, seminars, and programs. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to privacy@rmollc.com at any time to be removed. Unsubscribing from our list does not affect replies to questions you have asked us.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept All, Deny, or Customize which cookies you allow. Only strictly necessary cookies are used until you make a choice. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon on the site. We also honor browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, such as:
- our website hosting provider;
- Elementor, which provides our website builder, contact forms, cookie banner, accessibility menu, and email delivery;
- the email services we use to receive messages from our forms, keep our email list, and send our event emails;
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google reCAPTCHA), only as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep information
- Messages you send us through our forms are delivered to our business email and are not stored on the website. We keep them for up to 3 years, unless they become part of an ongoing business relationship, in which case we keep them as part of our business records.
- Our email list: we keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address on a “do not email” list so we don’t contact you again by mistake.
- Website backups, which may include website data, are kept for up to 2 months and then deleted automatically.
- Your cookie choice is kept for 180 days, after which we ask again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us at privacy@rmollc.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we will remove you within 10 business days.
Visitors outside the United States
R Mo is based in the United States, and our website and service providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States. Children’s privacy
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
