It was such a thrill to support the Valkyries at the Chase Center this weekend!
Our Valkyries gave their very best — the coordination in passing, the bold 3-pointers, and the energy on the court were truly exciting. Even more exciting was looking around and seeing the stadium filled with supporters.
One thing that stood out to me: how many men were there, cheering loudly for women athletes.
In an era where we continue to push for recognition, equality, and a seat at the table, it was so encouraging to see men actively show up, applaud, and celebrate women’s excellence in sports.
