A WBEC Pacific program focused on strengthening the economic resiliency of Black Women Entrepreneurs. The program’s focus is on providing resources to Black-owned businesses. WE-Xcel is a partnership with corporate advocates to prepare companies led by Black women founders to increase their earning capacity.
